ABOUT THE SHOW
Almost every character in this hilarious mystery has the weapon, opportunity, and motive to commit the unseen murder. And it’s up to you, the audience, to decide who actually did it!
Heirs to the tyrannical billionaire Simon Starkweather have the means and the motive to do away with him, but tensions arise when Starkweather gathers his family and employees to announce the contents of his will, his lawyer, Lois van Zandt, revealing controversial news. The rejected heirs are not pleased, so it’s not surprising when they roam the old mansion carrying such items as an ax, a gun, and poison. When Simon Starkweather is predictably murdered, his grandson Simon III is determined to find his grandfather’s killer and solve the case, with the help of detective Mike Davis. The play’s unique ending, utilizing secret ballots gathered at intermission from the audience, determines the killer in this maze of murder!

Street parking is available on Western and Madison, please do not park in the spots marked off for police vehicles. You may park within the Citizens Bank parking lot (Western Ave) after business hours, but please take care to avoid handicap/unauthorized spaces with signage.
AUDITION INFO & WHAT TO PREPARE
Sign-in on Thursday will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Auditions will begin at 5:15 p.m. and end at 7:00 p.m.
Sign-in on Saturday will begin at 10:00 a.m.
Auditions will begin at 10:15 a.m. and end at 12 p.m.
Students need only attend one audition session, though are always welcome to attend both.
Scenes or full scripts will be provided for students to read from at the auditions.
We ask that students be prepared to fill out any conflicts they may have Mon.-Fri. evenings and Saturdays/Sundays from end of August through mid November.
Additionally, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and secure shoes for the auditions.

REHEARSAL INFORMATION
Rehearsals will generally be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturdays (time based on participant availability) either in the late morning or early afternoon.
