TWELFTH NIGHT
Written by William Shakespeare
Directed by Jacqueline Donnaruma
Auditions will be held Wednesday & Friday, February 11 & 13 from 5:30-7:00pm.
ABOUT THE SHOW
Twelfth Night is a Shakespearean romantic comedy about mistaken identity, separated twins (Viola and Sebastian), and complicated love triangles, set in the land of Illyria where Viola, disguised as a male page named Cesario, falls for Duke Orsino, who loves Olivia, who in turn falls for Cesario, leading to hilarious confusion resolved by Sebastian’s arrival and a subplot involving tricks played on the steward Malvolio. The play explores themes of love, disguise, deception, and misrule.
Steamer No. 10 Theatre’s program directors are committed to building a diverse, authentic cast, supporting ALL students.
Young artists of any gender identity, ethnicity, and neurodiversity are encouraged to audition!
This production is primarily casting student artists
